🚚 Shipping Policy for Nyashii Leather

Thank you for shopping with Nyashii Leather. We strive to process and ship your handcrafted leather goods quickly and efficiently.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed, verified, and packaged within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Made-to-Order/ Custom Items: Items designated as "Made-to-Order" or custom pieces require additional production time, which will be clearly stated on the product page. Typically, this may add 5–10 business days to the processing time.

  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following primary shipping options:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays can occur due to courier issues or customs processing, which are outside of our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

4. Local Shipping (Within Nigeria)

  • We utilize reputable local courier services to ensure reliable delivery across the country.

  • We recommend providing an accessible, physical address, as courier services may not deliver to P.O. boxes.

5. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide using trusted international carriers.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Nyashii Leather is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. We advise international customers to check their local customs office for potential charges before placing an order.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

  • Damages: Nyashii Leather is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Lost Packages: If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the courier service immediately. We will assist you in contacting the carrier, but we are not responsible for misdelivered packages resulting from carrier error or an incorrectly provided address.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
