Our Commitment

At Nyashii Leather, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather goods. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help with a straightforward return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the original delivery date.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging (including dust bags, protective plastic, and tags).

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as the original order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after the 7-day window.

  • Products damaged by misuse, neglect, or lack of proper leather care.

  • Personalized or Custom-Made items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).

  • Gift cards.

2. The Return Process

Step A: Initiate the Return

  2. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return (e.g., wrong item received, damaged, or change of mind).

  3. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

Step B: Shipping the Item

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item (unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item).

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured shipping service. Nyashii Leather is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different color, size, or product, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with the following:

  • Your Order Number.

  • Clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged due to a manufacturing or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or a replacement.
